1:1 Coaching Packages:
- All programs are available for 1 session, 3 sessions, or 6 sessions.

Sessions:
30-minute Intake Session
- We set your goals, based on your needs, and what your expected results are.
60-minute Coaching Session
- We get to the root cause of what is preventing you from improving and draw up a plan of attainable goals that will help your transformation into the leader you know you can be.

Additional Services:
- Email or WhatsApp contact between any of your sessions.

My Story…Why I’m a Leadership Coach

I have faced the same challenges as you. And, when coaching came across my life, it had such a transformation in my management styles and techniques, it directly impacted on me, my teams and the company I worked for.

That was when I decided that I wanted to partner with other managers and help them to feel the same. I want to be an agent for change for them. To create an ecosystem in companies where managers can grow and be themselves agents of change for their teams.

As a coach, I expertly guide people to learn about themselves and the contexts they lead in. I am committed to listening thoroughly to my clients before I help them creatively problem solve and execute.

My intuitive, relaxed, connection-focused style helps clients streamline their procedures into an effective and productive organization.
